The Role
We are seeking a passionate Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial law matters, including in areas such as:
- Shareholder, director and partnership disputes.
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters.
- Professional negligence claims.
- Defamation and reputation disputes.
- Corporate and business advisory matters.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA, completion of 2 years supervised legal practice
Skills
Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
