The Company An opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational performance, oversee day-to-day activities and ensure safe, efficient and reliable service delivery.

Your Role

You'll take responsibility for coordinating operations, leading teams and maintaining high standards across safety, productivity and service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

- Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent performance
- Leading, supporting and developing team members
- Monitoring operational performance against targets and key performance indicators
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and operational procedures
- Coordinating resources, workloads and priorities to meet operational demands
- Building effective relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying operational risks and implementing appropriate solutions
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems and service delivery
- Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

About You

You're a confident and practical leader who can balance operational demands, team performance and customer expectations.

You'll bring

- Proven experience managing operations, ideally within logistics,



transport or supply chain environments
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing operational teams
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety and operational compliance
- Experience monitoring performance, managing resources and improving processes
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and accountability
