Launch one of Bondi Beach's most exciting new restaurant openings Chotto Matte is a globally recognised Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant group, with venues in London, Manchester, Toronto, San Francisco and Riyadh, and now Bondi. Our spaces are immersive: vibrant Nikkei cuisine meets energetic beats to create a dining experience like no other. We're looking for passionate, guest-focused Waiters to join our front-of-house team as we bring Chotto Matte to Bondi. Training will start 26 October for one week at our Ultimo kitchen location. Successful applicants must be available to attend the full week of training. The Role As part of our floor team, you'll be fully guest-focused and service-led, delivering food, beverage and service standards to the highest level. Waiters guide guests through their dining journey from arrival to farewell.
