The Role As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Support educators across different age groups and learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families and team members
- Assist with daily centre operations and routines
- Support children's learning, development and documentation
- Help create engaging, safe and inclusive learning environments

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification
- Flexibility to travel between multiple services and accept shifts at short notice
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience working in a long day care workplace
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
