INIT is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Sydney to deliver day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, networking and cloud technologies. You will manage end-user devices via Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, support office tech, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to security and asset management.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT support, robust Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, experience with JIRA/ServiceNow, and a service-oriented mindset with good English communication.
