About the role

As a Facilities Manager in QLD,you’llindependently manage the day‑to‑day operations of a mixed‑use commercial ensuring itremainssafe, compliant, functional and well‑presented.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity.
- Monitor the building’s condition,identifyissues early and drivetimelyfollow‑up while acting as the main on‑site contact for clients and occupiers.
- Work closely with the owner’s on‑site representative to manage building priorities,expectationsand operational needs.




- Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure protected,compliantand low‑disruption operations across the site.
- Maintainaccuraterecords and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders, compliancedocumentationand incident follow‑up.
