Duty Manager - Good Company Bar

Built around great food, good drinks and even better company, Good Company is a lively venue on Karrinyup's West Deck. With a buzzing atmosphere, live music and a great team setting, it's a fun place to work where no two shifts are the same.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in food and beverage service and a hands-on approach to hospitality, whether they have previous Duty Manager experience or are looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a Duty Manager role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, managing and training employees on shift
- Supervising floor and bar service
- Assisting with the setup and coordination of functions
- Maintaining high standards of venue presentation and service




- Supporting team performance and development
- Communicating with the wider management team to ensure smooth service

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, with Duty Manager or supervisory experience highly regarded
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- An interest in developing management and leadership skills, with a willingness to learn and grow into a Duty Manager role
- The ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm during busy service
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine focus on delivering a high standard of customer experience
