About the role

Working closely with the Principal and Delivery teams, you will lead business development and sales efforts across our consultancy. This will include generating prospects by growing, maintaining and leveraging your own networks, managing incoming warm leads through the lead generation process, prospecting for recent clients and converting to sales. You will develop and sell solutions that meet our clients' needs and objectives.

Key responsibilities

- Lead business development and sales efforts across the consultancy
- Prospect for new clients and convert to sales




- Manage incoming warm leads through the lead generation process
- Generate prospects by growing, maintaining and leveraging your own networks
- Sell Grant Application writing services
- Sell Strategic and Growth Workshops
- Liaise with clients, often at senior (CEO/MD) level

About you

Successful and demonstrated track record of lead generation and sales delivery in a consultative selling environment

Comfortable liaising with clients at senior (CEO/MD) level

We are looking for a driven self-starter who is will to work for a monthly retainer and a generous commission percentage on all sales. The more you sell the more you will earn.
