360 Personnel are partnering with a client on a major civil construction and environmental project in the Houn Valley region. The project is focused on improving environmental outcomes and may involve drainage upgrades, water management systems, erosion control works, pipelines, rehabilitation works and associated civil infrastructure.

Daily Responsibilities

Earthworks and Excavation Support

- Assisting excavator and plant operators.
- Digging around existing services when required.
- Hand excavation in restricted areas.
- Trenching and excavation support.
- Backfilling trenches and compacting materials.

Drainage and Pipeline Installation:
- Laying stormwater pipes.
- Assisting with sewer and water infrastructure installation.
- Installation of pits, culverts and drainage structures.
- Bedding and covering pipework.
- Ensuring correct line and level requirements are met.

Concrete and Formwork
- Constructing and stripping formwork.
- Mixing, placing and finishing concrete.
- Installing, reinforcing mesh and steel.
- Pouring footpaths, pits, headwalls and civil structures.
- Repair and reinstatement works.

General Labouring
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Site clean up and maintenance.
- Traffic management assistance when required.
- Moving tools and equipment.
- Assisting tradespersons and leading hands.





Extensive experience in the operation of hand and power tools. Demolition hammers, Plate Compactors, Jackhammers, Concrete Saws, Grinders, Power Drills. Laser Levels. Pumps, Shovels, Crowbars and other earthworks equipment. This role is ideally suited to someone that is accustomed to construction, civil works, roadworks and heavy industrial environments.

Licences and Tickets.

- MR or higher licence.

White Card (Essential)Loca

- Skid Steer (Preferred)
- Traffic Management (Advantage)

Candidates with multiple tickets will be at an advantage as they can be moved between tasks and project requirement changes. Our biggest factor with this position is reliability and attendance, required to turn up on time daily, can work independently if required and willing to stay for the project duration.

A safety mindset is first and foremost of importance. You will be working around live services, following Protected Work Method Statements (SWMS), Conducting Take 5 risk assessments, using correct PPE and maintaining housekeeping standards.
