Laucke Flour Mills Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated full-time Food Product Developer to join our Bridgewater Flour Mill test bakery in regional Victoria. You'll report to the Quality Manager and work with key stakeholders to drive recent product development across the business.
Ideal candidates will have proven food science experience in bakery products, strong quality documentation, and the ability to balance customer expectations with cost, manufacturability and commercial viability.
