Most of the patients who come to us have been putting this off for years. Some have struggled with dentures, some have avoided smiling in photos, and some have lived with pain they've stopped mentioning. Deciding to go ahead with full-arch treatment is one of the biggest personal and financial decisions they'll ever make. They need someone they trust to help them make it.

That's the role. We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can sit with a nervous patient, really listen, explain their options clearly and guide them from first consult to treatment day with confidence.

About us

Next Smile Melbourne is part of the Next Smile Australia network and specialises in All-on-4 and full-arch implant dentistry. Our principal surgeons, Dr Larry Benge and Dr Lauren Fowler, lead a skilled team of dentists, oral health therapists and support staff. Our sister brand, Dental Clinique, provides general dental care from the same purpose-built, QIP-accredited clinic on Auburn Road in Hawthorn, with our own onsite day procedure centre (General Anaesthetic).

We're a close team, and we care about doing things properly: for our patients, and for each other.

What you'll do

- Be the patient's main point of contact from enquiry to treatment, and their go-to person throughout
- In clinic consultations with patient and the surgeon, present treatment plans, costs and finance options clearly and honestly
- Follow up warm leads and undecided patients with care,



never pressure
- Help patients through payment plans and finance options so cost doesn't stop the conversation
- Work closely with our surgeons, clinical team and reception to keep each patient's journey smooth
- Track enquiries, conversions and follow-ups in our practice management and CRM (Hubspot, Carestack, MS Teams) systems
- Help shape the patient experience, from the first phone call to the follow-up after surgery

About you

You're a natural relationship-builder who's comfortable with sales, because to you sales means helping someone make the right decision for themselves. You probably also have:

- Experience as a treatment coordinator or patient coordinator, or in consultative sales, ideally in dental, cosmetic, medical or another high-value service
- Real empathy, the kind that lets you read a room and put an anxious person at ease
- The confidence to talk about money comfortably and transparently
- Strong organisational skills and steady follow-through
- Clear, warm communication, both in person and on the phone
- Experience with All-on-4 or implant dentistry (highly regarded but not essential)

New to dental?

If you have the right heart and a strong track record in a people-focused sales role, we'll train you in the clinical and treatment side.
