About The Role

Seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Support Workers to provide essential complex care to our clients within their own homes on a one-to-one basis. Enjoy a stable lifestyle with set shifts, extra pay for late hours and weekends, great tax savings through salary packaging and regular training to grow your career

Responsibilities

Provide bowel therapy via enemas or suppositories

Perform full body showers, hoisting, tracheal suctioning, administer PEG feeding and stoma care

Support during short and long shifts, active overnight shifts and sleepovers A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care with empathy and patience





Must be available to attend extensive training and have a willingness to learn

Qualifications

Completed or currently studying nursing (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing)

OR possess significant demonstrated experience in complex care settings.

Hold a current and valid driver's licence.

Own a reliable vehicle A current NDIS Worker Screen Check (or willingness to obtain one).

A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
