Programming & Scheduling | $149.58 p.h + Super /n Your new company /n Join a large organisation responsible for delivering a significant portfolio of building construction and infrastructure projects. You will work within a collaborative project delivery environment focused on strengthening programme reliability, improving scheduling practices and supporting the successful delivery of complex capital works.

Your current role /n As the Construction Planner, you will provide specialist programming, scheduling and independent review support across a portfolio of building construction projects.Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Develop and maintain construction programmes and integrated master schedules across multiple projects.

/n

- Review contractor and project schedules, identifying sequencing issues, dependencies, critical-path impacts and programme risks.

/n

- Monitor key milestones and delays, recommending practical recovery, acceleration and delivery strategies.

/n

- Analyse portfolio schedules to improve project sequencing, procurement coordination and resource allocation.

/n

- Review extension of time claims and delay analysis for accuracy and programme impacts.

/n What you'll need to succeed /n

/nTo succeed in this position, you will require:/n /n





- Demonstrated programming and scheduling experience within the building construction industry

/n

- Strong knowledge of the full building project lifecycle, including design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover

/n

- Experience developing integrated master schedules across multiple building construction projects

/n

- Experience identifying delays, programme risks and opportunities for recovery or acceleration

/n

- Experience working across a portfolio of government, commercial, education, health or other complex building projects will be highly regarded
