You'll be joining an established Melbourne builder delivering high-end multi-residential and commercial projects, typically valued between $10m and $20m. Their work is known for detailed architecture, bespoke finishes and strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You'd start on a $20m apartment development in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Working closely with the PM and site team, you'll take ownership of procurement, subcontract administration, cost control and financial reporting throughout the project.

The head office is based in Melbourne's inner south-eastern suburbs, close to great cafes, restaurants, gyms and public transport. There's plenty of banter around the office, regular team lunches, nights out and social events that make it an enjoyable place to spend your week.

More importantly, the director has an open-door approach and takes an active role in mentoring and developing his people. We've seen that progression firsthand,



with people we've recruited into the business staying and moving into more senior positions, including a CA who is now a PM and a PM who has since become a Construction Manager.

The salary is $130k-$160k plus super, depending on experience.

To be considered, you'll need solid CA experience with a head contractor, delivering multi-residential or commercial projects. A stable employment history, strong attention to detail and positive communication skills are essential.
