key responsibilities
will include:
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Select and reference check potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and bond documents
- Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing Consultant will have:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely accurate attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure
