We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused individual to join our team in Kew.

This is a varied position combining customer service, order processing and dispatch, offering an opportunity to be involved in different aspects of our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you will play an significant role in ensuring our customers receive professional, efficient and friendly service.

Your day will involve a combination of handling customer enquiries by phone and email, processing orders and assisting with the picking, packing and dispatch of eyewear products.

This is not a traditional desk-based customer service position. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is equally comfortable working at a computer or being actively involved in our dispatch operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous customer service experience, with confidence communicating by phone and email
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A professional, friendly and helpful approach
- The ability to manage priorities in a busy environment
- A willingness to contribute across different areas of the business
- A reliable and team-focused attitude
- Experience in order processing, administration or dispatch would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
