When someone decides to renovate their kitchen, it's a big deal, and you'll be the person who helps get it started. KWB Group, trading as Kitchen Connection, is looking for a full time, permanent Customer Support Representative to join our team. You'll turn enquiries into design appointments, keep customers in the loop and make sure their kitchen arrives when and how it should.

About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Head Office in Lytton. You'll look after customers by phone, email and web chat, and no two days are the same. You'll:

- Respond quickly to phone and online enquiries
- Make outbound calls to book in-home design consultations and showroom appointments
- Follow up leads that aren't ready to book yet
- Schedule check measures, installs and deliveries, and keep customers updated along the way




- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in our CRM
- Work closely with our sales, logistics and design teams

About you

- Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre
- Confident on the phone, including outbound calls and booking appointments
- Warm, friendly and a great listener
- Organised, with good time management
- Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, Microsoft Office and phone systems like RingCentral
- Experience in sales, scheduling or logistics, or as a team leader, is a bonus but not essential. Attitude matters most to us.
