We are looking for an exceptional Commercial Property Analyst to join a leading firm based in Perth. In this role you will work daily with a prolific deal maker, market leader and the wider team. This is an influential role for a person who thrives on precision, big picture strategy and investigating investment opportunities.

You will be working on the following

- Build, maintain and stress-test financial models for commercial property assets and portfolios
- Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis to identify new investment opportunities
- Gather and analyse data on market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform investment decisions
- Support due diligence processes, including lease reviews, cash-flow analysis and scenario modelling
- Develop detailed financial models and valuations to assess the viability of potential acquisitions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and feasibilities for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal team to deliver exceptional client experiences

What we're looking for

- Someone who is highly numerate with the ability to interpret complex financial data with accuracy
- Deadline focused, able to deliver high quality work in short time frames
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Valuations, or experience in corporate finance/investment banking




- Advanced Excel proficiency is essential for building and maintaining financial models for commercial property analysis.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
