My Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability to live independently, participate in their communities and achieve their goals.

We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Calamvale.

We welcome applications from both male and female support workers, with a preference for mature candidates aged 35 and above.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $36.08 per hour (casual loading included, plus applicable penalty rates)

About the Role You will support NDIS participants with:
- Community access and social participation
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Capacity building and independent living skills
- Medication assistance (where qualified)
- Supporting participants with autism, intellectual disability and complex needs

Essential Requirements
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle




- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Smartphone and basic technology skills
- Robust communication and documentation skills

Highly Regarded
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
- Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
- Previous disability support experience.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Patient, respectful and professional approach
