About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Pyramid Residential Care Centre, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care to our residents.

Working alongside our Registered Nurses, care staff and clinical leadership team, you'll help create an environment where residents feel protected, comfortable, respected and genuinely cared for.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering quality nursing care in accordance with individual resident needs and care plans.
- Administering medications within your scope of practice and organisational requirements.
- Monitoring residents' health, identifying changes and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.
- Supporting and guiding Personal Care Workers in delivering high-quality care.




- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care planning.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Supporting continuous improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings more than clinical skills. We want a team member who genuinely enjoys caring for older people and contributes positively to our workplace culture.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience working in residential aged care or the broader health sector (highly regarded).
- A genuine passion for providing compassionate, person-centred care.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- A positive, flexible and professional approach.
- A commitment to resident dignity, safety and wellbeing.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive team environment.
