What You’ll Be Doing

- Getting out across Perth each day and chatting to homeowners about solar and battery
- Reading people fast, working out what they need and building trust quickly
- Booking consultations for our Solar and Battery Specialists
- Chasing daily targets on live leaderboards with a lively, competitive team
- Running your own patch and numbers from your first week
- Being recognised for what you deliver, not how long you were on your feet

What’s In It For You

- Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, so you finally get your weekends back
- $34.76/hr base plus super, paid weekly
- Uncapped commission on top, a lot more reliable than hoping for tips
- $70,000 to $95,000 OTE, with top performers going well past it
