Newcastle Private is currently seeking a cleaner to join their environmental services team on a Full time basis. This is a full-time opportunity working 38 hours Monday - Friday predominantly afternoon shifts.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide high standard of cleaning services
- Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
- Act in accordance with all manual handling protocols
- Assisting the wider hospital teams to ensure patient satisfaction is always achieved

What you'll need to succeed:

- Demonstrated experience as cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital, aged care or medical setting
- Have enthusiasm, drive and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence




- Time management skills
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
