This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in internal sales, account management or customer service who enjoys building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and developing relationships with an established customer portfolio.
- Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations and providing product information.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
- Coordinating with production,



operations and internal teams to meet customer expectations.
- Maintaining customer records, following up sales opportunities and supporting sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service.
- A background in construction, manufacturing, production or building products.
- Valuable technical product knowledge, ideally within the building materials industry.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
- A proactive attitude, good organisational skills and willingness to attend occasional local customer visits.
