Compass Group Australia is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead a team in our remote site catering operations in Central Queensland, supporting mining and industrial sites with a focus on service delivery and safety. The role is on a 14 days on, 7 days off DIDO roster to Moura, with accommodation and meals provided.

You will train and motivate staff, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and maintain a positive safety culture while leading by example in a hands-on capacity.
