About The Role

M3DICINE is seeking a Front End Developer to help build and maintain its web-based data platform. In this role, you will develop clear, reliable, and easy-to-use digital tools that support healthcare professionals in capturing, reviewing, and recording vital signs. The platform is intended to help users access and interpret relevant data efficiently, supporting timely and informed decision-making.

You will bring specialist web application development skills to a product that balances functionality with thoughtful visual design. Working closely with leadership and UI/UX colleagues, you will help deliver features aligned with the product roadmap while contributing to a consistent, high-quality user experience. This role involves both front-end development and interaction with back-end Firebase data.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end web applications using ReactJS and React’s Context API. Build and improve aggregated dashboards for mobile data,



including patient and sample management views that allow users to review and listen to data and make informed assessments.

Maintain the application through routine updates, troubleshooting, and bug fixes. Support application stability through ongoing optimization, careful implementation, and continued development. Collaborate with company leadership to clarify requirements and deliver requested features in alignment with the product roadmap.

Work with UI/UX colleagues to apply consistent design principles and support an intuitive user experience. Contribute to full-stack development activities, including querying back-end data in Firebase. Follow M3DICINE’s standard operating procedures and participate in thorough testing in accordance with the company’s six-week development cycle.

Create and maintain test documentation that supports quality and regulatory requirements. Prepare verification reports, target coverage of 90% of code, and check that inputs and outputs align with intended behavior. Communicate progress and technical considerations clearly, contribute to team consistency, and remain attentive to the broader goals of the product as well as the details of individual components.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience developing front-end applications with a technology stack similar to ReactJS, Context API, Firebase, Jest, and Enzyme is required. Experience with these tools,



or closely related technologies, should be supported by a strong understanding of web application development, testing, and maintenance.

Experience or exposure to a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices or aviation, is valued. You should bring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to produce concise written documentation. The role also calls for the ability to learn quickly, become familiar with medical terminology, and adapt to quality and regulatory requirements.

Successful candidates use sound judgment when implementing new features, are comfortable working within a six-week development lifecycle, and can connect detailed technical work to wider product objectives. A team-oriented approach, curiosity about evolving technologies, and an active commitment to maintaining consistency across the software are important.
