General Manager Operations | Mining & Industrial Services | Western Australia

I am currently partnering with an established mining and industrial services group to identify an experienced General Manager Operations to lead the next phase of growth across its business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute operational leader who wants more than business-as-usual management.

With responsibility across Workforce and Equipment operations, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in bringing two business areas together, strengthening operational performance and building the capability required to develop a more specialised mining maintenance services business.

The opportunity will involve:

- Leading and integrating Workforce and Equipment operations.
- Improving operational efficiency, utilisation and commercial performance.
- Strengthening leadership structures, systems and accountability.
- Developing mechanical and electrical maintenance capabilities.
- Expanding opportunities across project support, shutdowns and lifecycle maintenance.




- Building stronger relationships with mining and resources clients.
- Converting existing relationships into larger managed packages and maintenance contracts.
- Supporting the organisation's broader growth ambitions.

You will bring solid commercial acumen, operational leadership experience and the ability to build capability, lead teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Location: Belmont, Perth, Western Australia

Base salary: $200K-230K base + super depending on experience
