A workwear wholesale company is seeking a customer service clerk to answer customer enquiries, to issue invoices and other general administrational duties. The roll also involves some warehouse work such as packing and dispatching. The candidate must be rapid thinking, accurate, reliable, responsible and physically fit as some box lifting work may be involved. The candidate should be able to use Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software. At least one year's experience in a similar role is required.

Acceptable similar role experience includes administration, customer service, wholesale/distribution, invoicing/accounts, or warehouse operations. Applicants with IT or AI background are welcome to apply as company intends to adapt the new technology soon.

The role requires the ability to lift boxes weighing 10-20kg.

The company has established for more than 30 years and has about 5 to 6 staff. All staff are currently Chinese speaking people, but people from all background are welcome to apply for the job.
