Mantra Tonsley Adelaide is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team.

Located in the heart of the Tonsley Innovation District, Mantra Tonsley Adelaide is a modern, 88-room Accor-franchised hotel featuring contemporary accommodation, an onsite restaurant and bar, and conference and event facilities.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable and presented to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms efficiently and to established hotel standards.
- Ensuring guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas are immaculately presented.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, damage or anything requiring attention.
- Maintaining housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storerooms in a clean, safe and organised condition.
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.
- Following established procedures relating to guest privacy, security, hygiene and workplace safety.
- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping and wider hotel teams to deliver a consistently positive guest experience.

About You

We're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and genuine pride in their work. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning environment, although training will be provided for the right candidate.




- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- The ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet daily room servicing requirements.
- A friendly, skilled manner and an understanding of guest service expectations.
- A reliable and versatile approach to work, with availability across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- An understanding of safe cleaning practices, manual handling and workplace health and safety requirements.

Employment Details

These are casual positions, with shifts primarily during morning and daytime hours across a seven-day roster. Weekend and public holiday availability is highly regarded.
