HR Business Partner | Global Brand

Ready to step into a true HR Business Partner role? Our client is a leading global organisation offering an exciting opportunity for an emerging HRBP to join their high-performing People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will partner with leaders across the business, providing both strategic and operational HR support while contributing to key projects and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
- Lead and support HR projects including remuneration reviews, systems implementation, and process improvements.
- Drive talent attraction, retention, and development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.

About You

- Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in an HR Advisory or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and eager to grow your HR career.
