We are seeking an experienced and organised Stock Controller to join our team on a full-time basis at our new store in Current Farm.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with pharmacy or retail stock management experience to play a key role in establishing and managing the store's stock operations from the ground up.

WholeLife offers a unique retail experience, combining traditional pharmacy products with an extensive range of healthfoods, vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, natural skincare, beauty and wellness products. With a diverse product range and multiple suppliers, we are looking for someone who is confident managing inventory, coordinating orders and building strong relationships with supplier representatives.

About the Role

Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the initial stock setup for the new store, including supplier arrangements, product orders and stock organisation.

Managing day-to-day stock ordering across pharmacy, healthfoods, vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition and general retail categories.

Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with supplier representatives.

Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, new products, pricing, promotions and returns.

Monitoring stock levels, identifying ordering requirements and ensuring products are available when needed.

Managing stock receiving,



invoice processing, stocktakes and inventory discrepancies.

Monitoring expiry dates, stock rotation and slow-moving products to minimise wastage.

Ensuring shelves and gondolas are well-stocked, organised and presented to a high standard.

Identifying opportunities to improve stock management processes and overall store efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller or similar role, ideally within a pharmacy environment.

An understanding of pharmacy stock management and ordering processes.

Experience managing a diverse product range and coordinating orders across multiple suppliers.

The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with supplier representatives.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities.

Experience with healthfoods, vitamins, supplements or sports nutrition would be highly regarded.
