About the role

Momentum Built is seeking a highly organised Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in Caringbah, NSW. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our construction projects. With a full-time position available, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance and resolve issues proactively
- Manage contract documentation and maintain accurate records
- Support project teams to ensure smooth contractual processes
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance
- Monitoring and tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assisting with the resolution of contractual issues and disputes
- Providing administrative support to the project management team
- Ensuring all contract-related records and documentation are accurately maintained

What we're looking for





- 2-3 years Experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in industry used software such as Procore, Buildsoft, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Understanding of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Cadets with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
