This role supports daily transport operations through delivery coordination, carrier follow-up, accurate reporting and compliance administration. It is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who can manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the transport tracker and follow up with carriers for delivery updates, providing timely information to customers.
- Upload proof of delivery (POD) documents and maintain accurate transport records.
- Maintain returns, non-conformance (NCR) and ad hoc charge trackers.
- Communicate next-day delivery requirements to the local transport team.
- Monitor orders for special delivery instructions and ensure requirements are communicated.
- Complete quality assurance checks and follow up on discrepancies.
- Collate and review operational data for monthly business reviews.
- Review transport billing, checking charges for accuracy and escalating discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance documentation,



including load plans and check-weigh records.
- Support dock office compliance and day-to-day transport administration.

About You

- Previous experience in transport coordination, transport administration or a similar logistics role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with carriers, customers and internal teams.
- High attention to detail when managing records, reviewing billing and completing compliance checks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience using transport or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- A practical approach to resolving delivery issues and following tasks through to completion.
- Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
