Fettayleh Foods is seeking an experienced Smallgoods Maker to join our production team at our Prestons facility. You will take ownership of end-to-end production, overseeing prep, mixing, filling, fermentation, curing, smoking and cooking to deliver high-quality smallgoods.
This hands-on role requires practical technical ability, attention to recipe accuracy and product consistency, with no direct staff management responsibilities. HACCP and food safety compliance are essential.
