Experience with Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike & NinjaOne , plus IT implementations, migrations and end-to-end projects .

What are we looking for

- 5+ years’ IT Administrator / Systems Administrator experience
- Strong troubleshooting & senior-level user support
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have: NIST CSF/Cyber Security, JAMF/Kandji, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Neat Bar, MIS/Computer Science degree.
