As an Inspections Manager, you’ll bring care, consistency and a keen eye to property inspections, helping the property management team stay informed and keep things moving.

The role

- Plan and carry out routine property inspections, keeping your schedule organised and appointments on track.
- Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports with photographs and useful observations.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, property condition issues and potential safety hazards.
- Communicate professionally with tenants and coordinate access with the property management team.
- Keep inspection records up to date and flag items needing follow up.




- Treat every property and every interaction with care, respect and professionalism.

About you

- A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
- Property management or inspection experience is valued.
- Confidence using inspection apps, taking photographs and preparing digital reports.
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing thorough, accurate work.
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to keep a busy day on track.
- Clear, confident communication, both in person and in writing.
- A proactive approach, you notice what needs doing and follow through.
