We are RDC Partners - a boutique advisory firm located in the Adelaide CBD. We deliver quality service to a diverse client base of small and medium sized businesses and are on the hunt for our newest recruit to join our friendly team!

What you will do:

This intermediate position is a outstanding way to broaden your experience. You’ll work across a wide variety of clients and industries and get a real insight into the day-to-day running of an accounting firm. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working on meaningful advisory work rather than just compliance, and your progress will be encouraged along the way.

About you

You’re curious, motivated and keen to grow. You’ll bring:

- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in public practice or a related field
- Started/half way through your professional membership journey in the CA program
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- A client-first approach and strong interpersonal skills




- Great attention to detail and a commitment to doing quality work
