Inventory Operations Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Operations Lead to join our team. This role supports the Head of Inventory and Sales Support across New Equipment Inventory, Imports, Used Equipment and Rental, providing team leadership, coordination and day-to-day operational support across these key functions.

What You’ll Be Doing As our Inventory Operations Lead, you will:

- Provide day-to-day operational leadership, coaching and workload coordination across Used Equipment and Rental
- Support the New Equipment Inventory and Imports teams with priorities, workload coordination, guidance and escalation support
- Coordinate used equipment administration, inventory management, valuations, reporting, marketing support and issue resolution
- Support rental operations, working closely with Sales, Finance, Branch and Sales Managers on pricing, commercial requirements and operational delivery
- Monitor inventory, imports, used equipment and rental performance, including ageing, stock turns, margin, profitability and process performance
- Use data and analytics to identify inventory risks and opportunities for improvement
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Finance, branches, suppliers, freight providers and other key stakeholders Support consistent processes,



reporting and communication across inventory functions while contributing to a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings demonstrated people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management experience
- Has experience in inventory, equipment, dealership operations, imports, sales support or a related operational environment
- Is a collaborative leader who can coordinate work, support teams and draw on specialist expertise
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is confident using data and decision-support tools
- Understands inventory ageing, margin, valuation and operational risk
- Has sound commercial judgement and the ability to identify issues and escalate matters appropriately
- Is a transparent communicator with a practical, service-focused approach
- Has strong systems and computer capability
- Takes ownership, works collaboratively and is focused on getting results Has knowledge of agricultural, construction or dealership operations, which would be highly regarded
