The successful candidate will have significant responsibility in the restaurant and be involved in the ongoing development and successful execution of the exciting, seasonally changing menu.

you will need the following:

- Full Trade qualifications with at least 2-3 years experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost effective recipes and follow financial goals set by the Head Chef.
- Train and develop all kitchen personnel to achieve excellence in meal presentation which represents our stunning venue and location.
- Be capable of performing under pressure.
- Be available to work evening shifts that includes weekends.
