This is a hands-on role, helping shape the future of our mobile banking experience across iOS & Android. /n /n You will lead engineering decisions, solve complex technical challenges & coach engineers while continuing to design, build & improve secure, scalable & high-performing mobile solutions. You will work across the full application lifecycle, from architecture & development through to testing, release & production support. /n /n Top Role Accountabilities &

Responsibilities: /n /n

- Provide technical leadership across iOS, Android & hybrid mobile technologies

/n

- Remain hands-on across software design, development, testing, debugging & remediation

/n

- Design & review secure, scalable & maintainable mobile architecture & integrations

/n

- Develop & guide solutions using Swift, SwiftUI & UIKit for iOS, & Kotlin, Jetpack & Compose for Android

/n

- Lead design & code reviews & champion reusable, testable & high-quality engineering practice

/n

- Coach engineers & provide technical direction across the Mobile Banking Squad

/n

- Guide API, SDK & third-party integrations across mobile journeys

/n

- Drive automated testing, CI/CD, mobile build & release practices

/n

- Support App Store & Google Play releases & production operations

/n

- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience, accessibility & observability requirements

/n

- Lead investigation & resolution of complex incidents, defects & technical debt

/n

- Contribute to estimation,



refinement & identification of technical risks & dependencies

/n

- Participate in an on-call arrangement for priority incidents when required

/n /n /n To be successful, you will have: /n /n

- 10+ years’ experience in software development or engineering, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role

/n

- Strong hands-on engineering experience across both iOS & Android

/n

- Advanced experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack & Compose

/n

- Experience designing secure, scalable & customer-facing mobile applications

/n

- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns including MVVM, modular design & clean architecture

/n

- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, deep links, app-to-app flows & push notifications

/n

- Strong understanding of mobile security, authentication, encryption & secure storage

/n

- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD & App Store & Google Play release processes

/n

- Experience using modern AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent, for development, testing, debugging, refactoring & documentation

/n

- Understanding of modern AI engineering concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation & responsible AI

/n

- Experience with observability, monitoring, performance, crash reporting & production support

/n

- Demonstrated experience leading technical decisions,



reviewing code & coaching engineers

/n

- Strong communication skills & the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences

/n

- Banking or financial services experience is preferred, particularly within Mobile Banking
