This opportunity would suit an experienced Business Services Manager or an ambitious Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Business Advisory Partners, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including education, retail and professional services. You will take responsibility for planning and delivering business advisory engagements while developing strong, trusted client relationships. You will provide commercially focused advice and financial analysis, manage engagement budgets and workflow, and work closely with Partners on complex client matters.

At Manager level, you will also supervise, coach and mentor team members, with responsibility for delegation, review and their ongoing development.

What you'll need to succeed





You will be CA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of three years' professional practice experience and sound knowledge of Xero. Robust technical and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and produce high-quality written advice.You may already be operating at Manager level, or you could be a capable Senior Accountant who is ready for greater client responsibility, team leadership and the opportunity to progress into management.
