We are on the lookout for a creative Marketing Coordinator to bring fresh energy to our dynamic team at our Richlands HQ!
Purpose of the Role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team by collaborating closely with our suppliers and sales team. You’ll assist across a range of tasks, including creating engaging content and marketing materials for our sales representatives, website, and diverse customer base.
Key Role & Responsibility
Support the marketing team to produce and maintain sales materials, order forms, quarterly catalogues and our monthly sales kit and catalogues.
- Collate data through excel
- Produce sales materials through InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Maintain and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Update WooCommerce with title information
- Update Wordpress Website with Graphics (Drag and Drop)
- You will be required to support the management of EDM and Social Media Management
- You will be required to support monthly sales meetings and sales conferences. (2 per year)
- Take an active role in planning, organising and bringing our exciting industry gift fairs to life.
- You may be required to Travel interstate (5 nights Melbourne and 4 nights Sydney) to assist and play a key role with trade gift fairs (1-2 per year)
Key Requirements for Role
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with InDesign
- Keen eye for detail and editing
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Customer Service Experience
- Keen Interest in Books
- Digital Presentation Design
Desirable Requirements for Role
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce
- Background in wholesale, distribution, or library environments
