**TMR are seeking a permanent AO3 Operations Support Officer in Hervey Bay on a full-time basis to help deliver our vision of Connected communities in a sustainable, thriving, and inclusive Queensland. We are looking for someone who makes insightful decisions, drives accountability and outcomes and builds enduring relationships.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the effective operations of the unit.
- Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
- Administering a range of passenger transport products, including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.




- Supporting the delivery of school transport services, including administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
- Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
- Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
