About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and clinically capable Pharmacist Advisor to join our Clinical Team. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond the dispensary and help shape the future of community pharmacy practice by supporting pharmacists across Victoria as expanded scope of practice and cutting-edge qualified services continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, clinical and regulatory advice to community pharmacy members.
- Support pharmacies implementing expanded scope of practice and professional services.
- Assist in the development of professional practice resources, educational materials and member communications.
- Identify emerging issues affecting community pharmacy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships with pharmacy students and support student engagement programs and events.




- Collaborate with Guild colleagues, national networks and external stakeholders.

About You

Essential

- Current general registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in community pharmacy.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team.

Highly Regarded

- Postgraduate qualifications in pharmacist prescribing, or willingness to undertake further study.
- Experience delivering full scope or vaccination services.
- Familiarity with community pharmacy dispensing and clinical services software.
