Kirinari Community Services in Dubbo NSW seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with disability to build independence, participate in daily activities, and access community resources in a person-centred, supportive environment.

Part-time roles include 30–50+ hours per fortnight with sleepover shifts and weekend work, and offer salary packaging, onboarding with buddy shifts, ongoing training and development, and transparent career progression.
