In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside supportive teammates to care for our parks, gardens, reserves, sports grounds and public spaces, using a variety of mowing, cleaning, chemical and maintenance techniques to keep them clean, tidy and welcoming. What this role looks like

- Follow Maintenance Activity Specifications to complete a variety of tasks associated with the planned vegetation maintenance within allocated time frames
- Establishment, maintenance and presentation of garden areas, including streetscape rain gardens
- Operation of various mowers and a range of mechanised equipment to maintain parks, gardens, nature strips and other similar areas
- Other duties specified by the supervisor/ manager
- Undergo planned cleaning and maintenance of laneways




- Preparation and maintenance of turf in Sportsfields and open spaces.
- Public Land tree planting.

What we are seeking in our new team member

1. Certificate III in relevant Horticultural field or equivalent industry experience.
2. White Card - General Construction Induction
3. Drivers Licence (Class C)
4. Sound knowledge of WH&S; policies and procedures
