Heidi is seeking a Senior Platform/Cloud Reliability Lead to own Heidi's cloud platform and reliability practice. You’ll lead a small team of cloud and reliability engineers, set SLOs, manage on-call rotations, and provide tooling that lets engineers ship without filing a ticket.
You’ll own a multi-region cloud footprint across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe, drive deployment practices with feature flags and canaries, and partner with product teams to improve availability and speed.
