We are partnering with a globally connected, fashion-forward denim and lifestyle retailer to find an exceptional Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

This is an exciting prospect for a passionate retail leader who knows how to balance commercial performance with an outstanding customer experience. You'll be the driving force behind the store's success, leading a motivated team, building a strong culture and bringing the brand to life every day.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, driving sales, developing your team and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team, creating a positive and engaging store culture.
- Drive sales performance, achieve KPIs and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and strong product knowledge.
- Champion visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's identity.
- Manage rostering, wages, stock control and daily operational processes.
- Recruit, coach and mentor team members, fostering individual development and accountability.




- Partner closely with the Area Manager to implement commercial strategies and drive store performance.

About You

We're looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded leader with a genuine passion for fashion, people and retail.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager or established retail leader, ideally within fashion, denim or lifestyle retail.
- A proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and delivering strong commercial results.
- Exceptional people leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing others.
- A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build relationships and inspire your team.
- Strong operational awareness, organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the confidence to take ownership and lead by example.
