As our operations grow, we are seeking a fixed plant operator / front end operator to support our expanding team in our Narngulu Processing Plant.

Your Working Hours

We operate a predictable weekly rotating shift roster, with three shifts:

- Early Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

- Day Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

- Afternoon Shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm





You'll rotate between these shifts each week, completing a full cycle every three weeks.

No overnight shifts. No FIFO. Just a predictable roster that allows you to plan ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating and monitoring processing plant machinery, including crushers, conveyors, screens and dryers.

- Assisting with daily production, plant start-up and shutdown.

- Handling raw materials and moving products around the site.

- Conducting routine equipment checks and identifying potential issues.

- Assisting with basic maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs.

- Working alongside the team to keep production running safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Is comfortable working a weekly rotating shift roster.

The following experience would be an advantage, but is not essential:

- 2 years experience in manufacturing, mining or industrial plant operations.

- Front-end loader experience.

- Forklift licence.

- Mechanical maintenance or equipment repairs.

- Welding, fabrication or sandblasting.

- Operating crushers, conveyors or similar machinery.
