The Opportunity You'll be responsible for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure properties are managed efficiently, relationships are maintained and assets are performing at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Building and maintaining robust landlord and tenant relationships.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors and compliance.
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and reporting.
- Managing outgoings, arrears and financial performance.
- Conducting regular property inspections and overseeing maintenance requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and maximise asset performance.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and relevant legislation.




- Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships.
- Strong financial and administration skills, including budgets and outgoings.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of Released / Cirrus 8
