We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or current student looking to Build their career in project management. You'll support the delivery of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with experienced project managers and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects
- Maintain project documentation including document control, coordinating architectural, engineering and consultant documentation including management of drawing registers
- Assist with project planning and programming and assist with following up outstanding actions from meeting minutes
- Organise and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items and minutes
- Track and log on project progress, including RFI’s and responses
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support project activities and Project Manager across multiple projects
- Assist with reviewing contractor payment claims against certified milestones and
- Facilitate the end-to-end invoice approval process across multiple projects, including receiving and logging incoming invoices, preparing summaries for management approval, and forwarding approved invoices to accounts for payment processing





About you Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Commerce, IT, or a related field.

Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

Clear and confident communicator — comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project is a plus, Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

Able to commit to approximately 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available)

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
